What we collect
When you browse. Your IP address, browser type and approximate location, which we use to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and estimate shipping and taxes. Your cart is kept in a session while you shop. Your wishlist is saved only in your own browser.
When you buy. Your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details, plus an optional account if you create one.
When you contact us. The information you include in a contact, custom order or business inquiry form, such as your name, email address, device details and message.
When you sign up for emails. Your email address and the date you agreed to receive marketing emails.
When you leave a review. Your name, rating and the review you write.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, take payment and prevent fraud, send you order and account updates, respond to questions, refunds and complaints, manage your account, meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting, improve our store, and send you marketing emails if you've chosen to receive them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, including your name, email address and addresses, for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to answer them and follow up, and your email sign-up until you unsubscribe. Reviews stay published unless you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
EU and UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share it, and we won't treat you differently for using these rights.

International transfers
We're based in the United States, and your information is processed there. Where we transfer information from the EU or UK, we rely on our providers' recognized safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How we protect it
Our site is encrypted with HTTPS, payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment providers, and only team members who need it to fulfill orders and support you can access your information.
Children
Our store isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
