Apple iPhone 4 Rectangular Frame (2010)

The iPhone 4 was the last iPhone Steve Jobs introduced on stage, and many still call it the most beautiful iPhone ever made: two panes of glass around a stainless steel band that doubled as the antenna. It brought the first Retina display, FaceTime video calls and Apple’s own A4 chip.

Most people never get to see what is inside the phone that stayed in their pocket every day for years. At FunBox Design, our studio team takes every iPhone 4 apart by hand: careful disassembly, deep cleaning of every single part, layout design, and final production in our Los Angeles workshop. It takes hours of patient, screw-by-screw work, because these devices hold some of our own best memories too. Our goal is simple: bring them a second life.

A NOTE ON CHARACTER

Each piece is built from a real pre-owned device, so light scratches or small signs of age may show. We think they are part of its story.
