Nintendo GameCube Controller (2001)

With its oversized A button, yellow C-stick and deep clicking triggers, the GameCube controller of 2001 is one of the most comfortable controllers ever made. Competitive Super Smash Bros. players still use it more than twenty years later, and it carried classics like Super Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

We know how much a GameCube controller can mean, because we grew up with them too. Every piece starts with a real device that our studio team disassembles by hand, cleans part by part, lays out and mounts in our Los Angeles workshop. It is slow, careful work, and it finally lets you see the engineering hidden inside the device you once spent countless hours with. This is how we bring it a second life.

A NOTE ON CHARACTER

Each piece is built from a real pre-owned device, so light scratches or small signs of age may show. We think they are part of its story.
