Microsoft Xbox Series X|S Controller (2020)

The Xbox Series X|S controller of 2020 is the latest chapter of a design two decades in the making, with textured grips, a hybrid D-pad, a Share button and USB-C. It is the controller of Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5 and Starfield.

We know how much a Xbox Series controller can mean, because we grew up with them too. Every piece starts with a real device that our studio team disassembles by hand, cleans part by part, lays out and mounts in our Los Angeles workshop. It is slow, careful work, and it finally lets you see the engineering hidden inside the device you once spent countless hours with. This is how we bring it a second life.

WHAT’S IN THE FRAME

• Genuine Xbox Series X|S controller parts: real and original, not prints or replicas
• The circuit board, thumbsticks, rumble motors, Impulse Trigger motors, hybrid D-pad, buttons and the shell, laid out so you can see how it all fits together
• Every part hand-disassembled, cleaned and mounted one by one
• Shadow box frame, ready to hang on the wall or stand on a desk or shelf
• Size: 15.4″ x 12.5″ x 2″ (approx. 39 x 32 x 5 cm)
• Comes in a gift box, ready to give
• Handmade by the FunBox Design studio in Los Angeles

A NOTE ON CHARACTER

Each piece is built from a real pre-owned device, so light scratches or small signs of age may show. We think they are part of its story.
