Motorola RAZR V3 (2004)

When the Motorola RAZR V3 launched in 2004, it was so thin it felt like the future. Its aluminum body, glowing etched keypad and satisfying flip made it the must-have phone of the decade, and it became the best-selling clamshell phone ever.

Most people never get to see what is inside the phone that stayed in their pocket every day for years. At FunBox Design, our studio team takes every RAZR apart by hand: careful disassembly, deep cleaning of every single part, layout design, and final production in our Los Angeles workshop. It takes hours of patient, screw-by-screw work, because these devices hold some of our own best memories too. Our goal is simple: bring them a second life.

A NOTE ON CHARACTER

Each piece is built from a real pre-owned device, so light scratches or small signs of age may show. We think they are part of its story.
