Sony PlayStation 4 Gran Turismo Sport Limited Edition Controller (2017)

The DualShock 4 of 2013 reinvented the PlayStation controller with a touchpad, a glowing light bar, a built-in speaker and the Share button that helped make game streaming mainstream. This limited edition celebrates the real driving simulator, Gran Turismo Sport, with a special shell design made only for this release. Limited runs like this are hard to find today, which makes it a true collector’s piece.

We know how much a limited edition DualShock 4 can mean, because we grew up with them too. Every piece starts with a real device that our studio team disassembles by hand, cleans part by part, lays out and mounts in our Los Angeles workshop. It is slow, careful work, and it finally lets you see the engineering hidden inside the device you once spent countless hours with. This is how we bring it a second life.

A NOTE ON CHARACTER

Each piece is built from a real pre-owned device, so light scratches or small signs of age may show. We think they are part of its story.
