Apple iPhone 6 Rectangular Frame (2014)

The iPhone 6 of 2014 went big with a 4.7-inch screen, a thin rounded aluminum body and Apple Pay, and it became one of the best-selling phones in history. For many people it was the iPhone that was with them through school, first jobs and years of photos.

Behind the glass is something you rarely get to see: the inside of an iPhone 6 that once carried someone’s calls, texts and photos. Our studio members spend hours on each piece, from disassembly and cleaning to designing the layout and producing the final piece, all by hand in Los Angeles. We grew up with these phones, and every build is our way of giving a beloved piece of tech history a second life.

A NOTE ON CHARACTER

Each piece is built from a real pre-owned device, so light scratches or small signs of age may show. We think they are part of its story.
