Microsoft Xbox One Minecraft Limited Edition Controller (2017)

The Xbox One controller of 2013 refined Microsoft’s classic design with a new D-pad and Impulse Triggers, small rumble motors inside each trigger that let you feel every shot and engine rev. This limited edition was released in 2017 to celebrate the blocky world of Minecraft, with a special shell design you could not get on a regular controller. Limited runs like this are hard to find today, which makes it a true collector’s piece.

We know how much a limited edition Xbox controller can mean, because we grew up with them too. Every piece starts with a real device that our studio team disassembles by hand, cleans part by part, lays out and mounts in our Los Angeles workshop. It is slow, careful work, and it finally lets you see the engineering hidden inside the device you once spent countless hours with. This is how we bring it a second life.

A NOTE ON CHARACTER

Each piece is built from a real pre-owned device, so light scratches or small signs of age may show. We think they are part of its story.
